Surety Forms (Commercial and Contract)
The Surety Bond Form Index (SBFI) is a collection of searchable Contract
Surety and Commercial Surety bond form samples. The SBFI is designed
for use by surety companies, surety bond agents and producers and any
other interested parties to provide easy access to surety bond form
samples as a reference tool.
Contract Surety Forms
SFAA is an endorsing organization of the ConsensusDocs coalition, an unprecedented effort by more than 40 other industry organizations to identify industry best practices and to incorporate such practices in a new generation of standardized industry contracts and forms. These forms are available as a service for SFAA Members.
SFAA members may access these American Institute of Architects (AIA) non-fillable pdf form samples. They cannot be used in a bond execution system.
The Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) defines, teaches and
promotes best practices in design-build project delivery. Design-build
is an integrated approach that delivers design and construction services
under one contract with a single point of responsibility. Owners select
design-build to achieve best value while meeting schedule, cost and
quality goals. These forms are available as a service for SFAA Members.
SFAA member surety companies have a limited non-exclusive license to:
- Use a duly obtained EJCDC bond form listed below on any number of machines owned, leased or rented by your company or organization.
- Use such forms solely for issuing bona fide bonds.
- Copy such forms into any electronic or printed form for backup or modification purposes.
- Add peripheral content such as surety or agent letterheads or logos, additional signature lines, certification or authorization pages, notary blocks, and the like, and still retain the EJCDC logo and other attribution to EJCDC.
