ISOeSubm (FTP/Electronic Data Submission)

ISOeSubm allows for FTP transmission of SFAA statistics and is available to all SFAA reporting member groups. A separate mailbox for SFAA submissions needs to be established.

If you are interested in using ISOeSubm, please contact ISO customer support at (800) 888-4476 to have a mailbox set up with an ID and password. Click here to view the user guide.

Please note the order of the records at the top of each file. The Transmittal Record is listed first, then the Submission Control Record, and finally the transactions records.

In lieu of paper copies of the Transmittal Letter forms for each submission, members that use ISOeSubm to submit data should email their Transmittal Letters to Derrick Cosman at ISO (dcosman@iso.com) and Ed O'Donnell at the SFAA.

Nil submissions should be indicated by filing a Transmittal Letter with "Type of Submission" listed as "0" for "no statistics to report." There is no need to send a blank file via ISOeSubm for a nil submission, just the Transmittal Letter.
